REGISTRATION FEES (incl. 9-10 Oct accomodation)

shared double room: 220,00 Euros

single room: 285,00 Euros

Please use the 'save/download link/target (as)' option of your browser for the left link (RTF) above to download the combined registration-accommodation form file to your computer. Fill it out and send it back by e-mail as an attached file to info@ewnm2010.gr. Receipt of registration form will be confirmed by e-mail.

If your software is incompatible with standard Rich Text Format, you may alternatively download the registration-accommodation form pdf version (right link above), fill it out clearly and fax it back to the number you will find on it.

The Meeting Registration Fees include:

• 9-10 Oct Accommodation in double or single room (according to availability)
• Meeting Material
• Abstract Book
• All Meals and Dinners
• Coffee breaks

Fees are fixed regardless of participant attendance duration, or use of services.


Cancellation Policy
All cancellations e-mailed by 15 August 2010 will be refunded, less 40 Euros (€) deducted for administrative expenses. One-half of the registration fees will be refunded for cancellations e-mailed between between 15 August and 30 September 2010. No refunds will be made after 30 September 2010.
