Cancellation policy
- 100% refund (less handling fees 20 Euros per person) if a notification e-mail reaches the conference secretariat by June 30, 2014
- 1 night charge if a notification e-mail reaches the conference secretariat between July 1 and August 25, 2014
- No refund on cancellations past August 25, 2014
