Fill it out and send it back by e-mail as an attached file to ewm2006@imbb.forth.gr. Receipt of registration forms will be confirmed by e-mail.

The Meeting Registration Fees include:

Fees are fixed regardless of participant attendance duration, or use of services.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations e-mailed by 20 March 2006 will be refunded, less 80 Euros (€) deducted for administrative expenses. One-half of the registration fees will be refunded for cancellations e-mailed between 21 March and 20 April 2006. No refunds will be made after 20 April 2006. Send all correspondence to:

Excursion on Tuesday, 2 May 2006
Three excursions will take place on Tuesday, 2 May 2006 in the morning, subject to participation. Reservations should be made at the agent's desk, with the meeting secretariat, between Sunday, 30 April and Monday, 1st May noon. The excursions offered are:

1. Knossos - Archaelogical Museum: 40 Euros / person (incl: transfers from/to the hotel, entrance fees and English speaking guide)
2. Agios Nikolaos - Elounda - Spinalonga Island: 40 Euros / person (incl: transfers from/to the hotel, boat from Elounda to Spinalonga Island, entrance fees and English speaking guide)
3. Heraklion city old town walk: 30 Euros / person (incl: transfers from/to the hotel and English speaking guide)

Accompanying Persons
Lunch / Dinner / Gala Dinner: Accompanying persons are welcome to join participants during lunches and dinners, using coupons available for purchase at the registration desk (Light lunch buffet: 20 Euros per lunch, Dinner Buffet: 22 Euros per dinner, Gala Dinner: 48 Euros; drinks are included in all prices).
